Quand ils sont plus lourds, on fait un double n\u0153ud en haut. <\/em><\/li><li><em>Avec mes grands enfants \u00e0 moi, le tissu pourrait l\u00e2cher, s\u2019il n\u2019est pas nou\u00e9. <\/em><\/li><li><em>Je porte encore mon fils de cinq ans pour l\u2019endormir ou quand je dois terminer mes t\u00e2ches. <\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Il accepte encore de se faire porter? <\/strong><\/p><ul><li><em>Mes enfants \u00e0 moi, ils adorent \u00e7a et me le demandent encore.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Est-ce que le type de tissu fait une diff\u00e9rence sur le confort? Dans ce cas, on place les jambes de l\u2019enfant diff\u00e9remment. Ne souhaitant pas nous interposer dans leurs choix l\u00e9gitimes, nous optons pour une <b>approche de choix \u00e9clair\u00e9<\/b>, en offrant l\u2019information sur les risques, les alternatives et en guidant le \u00ab\u00a0comment\u00a0\u00bb dans la pratique et l\u2019\u00e9coute des ressentis de la dyade parent-enfant.<\/p><h3>Voici ce que nous recommandons aux familles qui n\u2019ont pas grandi dans une culture o\u00f9 le portage est toujours bien vivant\u00a0:<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Porter b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avant bien visible et \u00e0 porter de bisous<\/strong>, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les risques d\u2019<span style=\"color: #800000;\">asphyxie positionnelle*<\/span> soient \u00e9cart\u00e9s chez ce b\u00e9b\u00e9.\u00a0<br \/>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les b\u00e9b\u00e9s sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 risque d\u2019asphyxie positionnelle <strong>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de quatre mois<\/strong>.<p>Un b\u00e9b\u00e9 n\u00e9 pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment peut \u00eatre \u00e0 risque plus longtemps et, pour un b\u00e9b\u00e9 lourd et fort qui tient sa t\u00eate, ce risque peut \u00eatre estomp\u00e9 un mois plus t\u00f4t.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>* L\u2019asphyxie positionnelle\u00a0<\/b>: Situation o\u00f9 la posture d&#8217;un nouveau-n\u00e9 peut g\u00eaner sa respiration normale.
